Cinnamon Whipped Cream

This whipped cream will make any good pie great!  Actually, you could put it on just about anything and it would be wonderful; ice cream, hot chocolate, etc.  This should be a must on your Thanksgiving menu to accompany all of the yummy pies, like this Apple Crumb Pie.

Cinnamon Whipped Cream
Yields about 4 cups

Ingredients
2 cups heavy whipping cream, cold
3/4 cup confectioners sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions
In the bowl of a stand mixer, set on medium-high speed, use the whisk attachment to beat all of the ingredients together until stiff peaks form.  Do not over beat.
