I made these for a pool party with my little cousins and these were a hit! It's a little too hot here in South Carolina to be roasting marshmallows over a fire so these little bites are perfect; they allow you to enjoy the flavor combination of s'mores without the heat.

S'mores Bites

Yields one 10-ounce bag of large marshmallows
Ingredients
10 ounce bag of large marshmallows
12 ounces chocolate candy melts
6 graham crackers, crushed
Directions
Heat chocolate candy melts in microwave in 30-second increments, stirring in between, until melted.
Use toothpick to dip marshmallow into chocolate. Immediately following the dip in chocolate, still using the toothpick, roll chocolate covered marshmallow in graham crackers crumbs.
Place on wax paper to let the chocolate harden.
