Chocolate Peanut Butter Sandwich Cookies
Yields: 24 Cookies

Ingredients
1/2 cup natural creamy peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoon confectioner sugar
48 butter crackers (Ritz)
8 squares chocolate almond bark, melted
sea salt
Instructions
Combine peanut butter, confectioner sugar and honey until well-combined. Spread on 24 butter crackers and top with the remaining crackers.
Melt chocolate almond bark as directed.
Dip each peanut butter cracker into the melted almond bark using a fork and then place onto a wax paper lined tray to dry. Immediately top with sea salt.
