Now this recipe may seem about as straight forward as they come, but it is great! Seasoning the corn prior to grilling it and the combination of leaving the husk on and wrapping it in foil creates a lot of steam so the corn is very juicy. This is very easy, can be made in large quantities, and it is perfect for the summer!
Grilled Corn on the Cob

Yields 6 servings
Ingredients
6 ears corn
6 tablespoons butter, softened
sea salt
freshly ground pepper
Directions
Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil grate.
Peel back corn husks and remove silk. Place 1 tablespoon butter, salt and pepper on each piece of corn. Close husks.
Wrap each ear of corn tightly in aluminum foil. Place on the prepared grill. Cook approximately 30 minutes, turning occasionally, until corn is tender.
