In honor of National Pancake Day

Classic Simple Pancakes

I bet you didn't know that today is National Pancake Day!  Well, I didn't either, but thank you to Two Peas and Their Pod, How Sweet It Is and Eat, Live, Run for keeping me informed.  It only makes sense that there is a day dedicated to this classic breakfast staple -- I could actually eat them anytime of the day (breakfast for dinner?) and prefer mine with chocolate chips.  I couldn't help but share a few of our other favorites with you.
