Happy Thanksgiving!

I hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving!

 

For all of that leftover turkey, I'll leave you with a recipe that's a little on the lighter side -- turkey vegetable soup.  This requires very little time or effort so it is perfect to wrap up the week spent in the kitchen!

 

 

BUT first, make sure to save a little so you can just throw everything into one big sandwich...
