This smoothie is delicious and good for you. It's perfect for breakfast or a post-workout snack. Using Greek yogurt rather than regular yogurt makes it extra creamy. You can substitute any other frozen fruit for the berries or use any flavored yogurt. It's super easy and perfect to take on-the-go.



Berry Smoothie
Yields: one 8 ounce serving

Ingredients
1 cup frozen mixed berries
2/3 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon milled flax seed

Directions
Place all ingredients in blender.  Blend until reaches desired consistency.  Pour into glass and enjoy!
